New Belgium Brewing, the fourth largest U.S. craft brewer, sold to Lion Little World, an Australian company owned by Japanese beverage giant Kirin, at the end of 2019. The brewery was an employee-owned B Corporation at the time, resulting in a payout of more than $200 Million to workers.
