Miami WMB took 8 teenagers to the Pan Am IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championships in Irvine California this past March 29-April 1st and returned with 6 Gold Medals and 2 Bronze. Lead by Black Belt Javill Byron the team showed on the mat the benefits of HIRT Training and the Lock and Load.
