USA: The United States Of Design?

Danii Jiwaan gazes out her window overlooking New York’s East River. Across the water, the lights of Brooklyn suspend like fireflies in the night air. Danii stands for a moment, then remembers her dinner party guests will be arriving  within the hour. As she turns, Danii catches a reflection of herself in the glass and decides she hates her outfit. She walks to her computer tablet and checks out Chanel’s new design season. She spots a chic one-piece and downloads it onto her 3D printer which, moments later, prints out her new outfit in Danii’s exact measurements. And while she’s at it, Danii “prints” out some new Georg Jensen placemats she also spotted online.
