This past week I had the pleasure of being a guest at the 13th Annual Forbes Global CEO Conference in Bali, where I was surrounded by some of the most powerful business leaders in the world. Of course, the content was fascinating and the speakers brilliant, but I won’t get into that here because there were journalists there far smarter than myself to give meaning to the material.
