GAO Voices Concerns (Again) About Contracts, Grants Awarded to Delinquent Taxpayers

Earlier today, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) released its prepared written testimony before the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, U.S. Senate. The five page report (longer if you include title pages and contact information) details the GAO’s findings about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 contract and grant recipients – in other words, they were dishing the details on folks who received federal stimulus money.
