Soft Patch? Or Just Soft?

Contrary to the consensus view, the recent re-emergence of yet another period of economic weakness is not a “correction” or indicative of a temporary "soft patch". The repeated weakness in the face of massive stimulus is the symptom of a structurally impaired economy and, more likely, indicates a prolonged period of serious economic lethargy.
