Italy’s Berlusconi Agrees To Resign After Passing Austerity Bill

After failing to attain a Parliamentary majority in an earlier budget vote, Italy’s Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, agreed to step down, after talking to President Napolitano, noting he would do so after passing an austerity bill.
