Actions speak louder than words. My path to raising 1M for Silver Lining.

We are coming up on our 7 year anniversary.  I have not raised any capital- I have completely bootstrapped Silver Lining until now.  Exactly a year ago we dramatically changed our business model from a consulting model to a SaaS model and I decided that I needed to raise capital to fund that pivot point, but never fully embraced the process required to do it.   I said I wanted to raise capital –but my actions did not reflect my words.  I was not aggressively talking to people, I had not built a pitch deck and I just didn’t make it happen.  I am a woman of action- when I want something I make it happen.   My own behavior confused even me.
